Everything was great, it had stable wifi, nothing too much trouble. Welcoming staff, airy and bright rooms. Excellent restaurant for outstanding meal.

We had an extra special stay here, would recomand it. Nice staff and location. The bedroom was large, loved it. Antique hotel in a good quiet area of Winster.

The staff were affable, the continental breakfast was freshly prepared. Beautiful location to ghyll head reservoir. Room was so bright and airy. Very good service was provided. Also, it had parking on-site.

The total experience was enjoyable. We had a hills view from our room. The hotel is in the lake district. Also, we could visit Stonehills Tarn, it was 5 minutes' drive away. Exceptional restaurant walking distance to the property.

Everything is very good, especially the service and staff. We were in the king room with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a seating area and ironing facilities. Efficient people working here.

Plenty of perfect food. We really loved Brown Horse. Free parking was provided to the guests. Honestly no complaints whatsoever🙂
